What are the rules?
Basic eligibility requirements to enter and win include:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
- You must be willing to drive to one of two of our research sites to receive the $50 gift card and Christmas basket. (Owensboro, KY or Evansville, IN)
- Qualmedica Research, LLC employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter or win.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
