Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder affecting 11 percent of school-age children. Symptoms continue into adulthood in more than three-quarters of cases. ADHD is characterized by developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity. This Placebo-controlled Trial will determine the Efficacy and Safety of Once Daily Investigational Medication for the Treatment of Children With ADHD. There is a possibility of continuing the study for an additional year in an Open-Label study (no placebo).

There is no cost to participate.  Volunteers receive free investigational medicine and follow-up care.  No insurance needed.  Time and travel reimbursement may be available.
