Why are we asking for this information?
Baby’s due date/birthday helps us ensure the diapers go to their intended recipients, expecting parents and parents of newborns. Also, by registering for this sweepstakes you agree to let Qualmedica Research send you information on future sweepstakes and infant formula and pediatric vaccine clinical studies from time to time, unless you tell us you do not want to receive these communications. Your baby’s due date/age helps us identify pediatric clinical trial studies that may be of interest to you. What are the rules?
Basic eligibility requirements to enter and win include:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
- You must be expecting a newborn or have a newborn baby under two weeks old at the time of entry.
- You must be willing to drive to one of two of our research sites to receive the diapers or contact us to arrange shipment. (Owensboro, KY or Evansville, IN)
- Qualmedica Research, LLC employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter or win.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
