What are the rules?
Basic eligibility requirements to enter and win include:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must reside in Indiana or Kentucky.
- You must be willing to drive to one of our research sites.
- Qualmedica Research, LLC employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible to enter or win.
